a). International and national projetcs participate. Minimum one, Maximum three  per participate.  Projects from any country in the world can participate.  If the artwork infringes plagiarism or intellectual property rights, the sender will be solely responsible.

b). The participates authorize the organization to publicly communicate the images of the projects respecting at all times the right of the autor, in order to maximize its diffusion in different media and communication platforms that the organizers consider convenient.

c) The Jury will evaluate all submitted projects and select the Selected projects, which will be officially recognized and included in the Peru Biennial 2026 Exhibition. From among them, the Jury will designate the Finalist Projects, from which the Award-Winning projects in Immersive & Extended Reality category will be chosen.

d). Selected projects, finalist projects and awarded projects are part of the exhibition. The verdict of the jury is unappealable, the jury is committed not to reveal the result before the dates stipulated by the organization.

e) e) The Selected Projects, Finalist Projects, and Award-Winning Projects shall receive official recognition from the Organizing Committee and will be exhibited as part of the official Peru Biennial 2026 Exhibition.

f) Any objection provided or that is not in the bases , it will be resolved by the directive of the biennial in a final and unappealable form.
