a). International and national artworks participate.  If the artwork infringes plagiarism or intellectual property rights, the sender will be solely responsible.

b). The participates authorize the organization to publicly communicate the images of the artworks respecting at all times the right of the autor, in order to maximize its diffusion in different media and communication platforms that the organizers consider convenient.

c) The Jury will evaluate all submitted artworks and select the Selected artworks, which will be officially recognized and included in the Peru Biennial 2026 Exhibition. From among them, the Jury will designate the Finalist artworks, from which the Award-Winning artworks in the Lettering category will be chosen.

d) The Jury’s decision shall be final and binding. Members of the Jury undertake to maintain strict confidentiality and not to disclose the results prior to the dates officially established by the Organizing Committee.

e) The Selected Artworks, Finalist Artworks, and Award-Winning Artworks shall receive official recognition from the Organizing Committee and will be exhibited as part of the official Peru Biennial 2026 Exhibition.

f). Any objection provided or that is not in the bases , it will be resolved by the directive of the biennial in a final and unappealable form.
