Fotografía

a) The competition is open to both national and international participants. Minimum one, Maximum three works per participate. 

b) The Organizing Committee assumes no responsibility for the authenticity, authorship, or originality of the submitted photographic works. Full responsibility rests solely with the participants.

c) By submitting their photographic works, participants grant the Organizing Committee the non-exclusive right to reproduce, publish, exhibit, and publicly communicate images of the submitted works for promotional, educational, editorial, archival, and dissemination purposes across any media or communication platform, while fully respecting the authors’ copyright and moral rights.

d) The Jury will evaluate all submitted Photographic Works and select the Selected Photographic Works, which will receive official recognition and be exhibited as part of the Peru Biennial 2026 Exhibition. From among them, the Jury will designate the Finalist Photographic Works, from which the Award-Winning Photographic Works in the Photography category will be selected.

e) Submitted photographic works may address any subject matter, including, but not limited to, social, environmental, landscape, artistic, advertising, cultural, documentary, or any other theme. Participants are free to submit works in one or more themes of their choice.
