a). Participan proyectos nacionales e internacionales

b). La organización declina toda responsabilidad por la autenticidad de las Obras a sus autores.

c). El participante autoriza a la organización a comunicar públicamente las imágenes de las obras respetando en todo momento el derecho de autor, con el fin de maximizar su difusión en diferentes medios y plataformas de comunicación que los organizadores consideren convenientes.

d).The jury will choose among all the projects presented, “selected projects”, the same ones that will be publicly recognized and will be part of the exhibition of the Peru Bienal. The finalist projects enter the final straight to choose the winning project in the category of Photography

e)  The verdict of the jury is unappealable, the jury is committed not to reveal the result before the dates stipulated by the organization. The selected projects, finalists and winners will be certified, officially recognized by the Organizing Committee and will be part of the 2026 exhibition of Peru Bienal.

f). Photographic projects with a variety of themes: social, environmental, landscape, artistic, advertising, cultural, documentary or any other. The participant chooses the theme or themes in which he wants to participate.
