Convocatoria Internacional- Packaging

The Peru Biennial officially announces its International Competition and Exhibition in Packaging Design.

This international open call invites companies, brands, design studios, professionals, and emerging designers from around the world to submit innovative and creative packaging projects, whether unpublished or previously developed.

This category recognizes outstanding contributions in the design of packaging solutions that combine creativity, functionality, visual communication, materials, sustainability, and innovation. It celebrates projects that enhance the relationship between products and consumers through meaningful, responsible, and memorable packaging experiences.

Eligible submissions may include primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging, product packaging systems, sustainable packaging solutions, structural packaging design, luxury packaging, food and beverage packaging, cosmetic packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, retail packaging, and other packaging applications developed for different industries and markets.

Consideraciones Generales

a). International and national projetcs participate. Minimum one, Maximum three per participate. Projects from any country in the world can participate. If the artwork infringes plagiarism or intellectual property rights, the sender will be solely responsible.

b). The participates authorize the organization to publicly communicate the images of the projects respecting at all times the right of the autor, in order to maximize its diffusion in different media and communication platforms that the organizers consider convenient.

c) The Jury will evaluate all submitted projects and select the Selected projects, which will be officially recognized and included in the Peru Biennial 2026 Exhibition. From among them, the Jury will designate the Finalist Projects, from which the Award-Winning projects in the Packaging Design category will be chosen.

d). Selected projects, finalist projects and awarded projects are part of the exhibition. The verdict of the jury is unappealable, the jury is committed not to reveal the result before the dates stipulated by the organization.

e) The Selected Projects, Finalist Projects, and Award-Winning Projects shall receive official recognition from the Organizing Committee and will be exhibited as part of the official Peru Biennial 2026 Exhibition.

f) Any objection provided or that is not in the bases , it will be resolved by the directive of the biennial in a final and unappealable form.

Deadline: August 31 , 2026
Selected Projects: September 05, 2026
Finalist Projects: September 10, 2026
Awarded Projects: September 12, 2026
Opening November 15, 2026
Exhibition: November 15- November 28, 2026

Para participar será necesario que la información a ENVIAR reúna dos requisitos:

A) Project Description: In a PDF or Word considerando: Nombre de la compañia o studio o autor, country, and a brief descripción del proyecto

B) Project Images: Imagenes del Proyecto. Las imágenes deben ser comprimidas en formato zip o rar.

The information described above must be submitted through the “Submission Form” at the end of the reading. You may use the form as many times as necessary.
