Lunar Eclipse
Synopsis
“Lunar Eclipse” – an adaptation of the film “Perfect Strangers” by Paolo Genovese.
A simple dinner among friends. Phones on the table.
A lunar eclipse.
A game that begins out of curiosity and ends as an unstoppable chain of revelations — blurring the boundaries of trust and intimacy.
Who are we when the lights go out? When there is no more hiding?
Are secrets a part of our intimacy, or ticking bombs waiting to explode?
Lunar Eclipse, is not just a story about secrets — it is about people trapped in their own lies, insecurities, and illusions about themselves and others.
Every sentence, every message, every pause at the table becomes a turning point in which relationships are irreversibly transformed.
This performance is the first production of the KUUM Association, and just as the characters of our story face what they tried to conceal, we as the creative team faced the challenge of telling this story in a way that strikes straight to the gut.
On an intimate stage, here and now, with no place to hide and with original music breathing in rhythm with the dramatic tension, “Lunar Eclipse” is not just a play — it’s a mirror.
The question is: will you dare to look into it?
