International Call- Interior

The Biennial of Peru officially announces its International Competition and Exhibition in Interior Design.-The call is open to companies, artists, studios, professionals, and emerging creators from around the world to participate.

This category is dedicated to interior design projects that transform spaces through innovative concepts, functional solutions, spatial experiences, and thoughtful approaches to materials, lighting, sustainability, technology, and human-centered design.

Eligible projects may include residential, commercial, hospitality, workplace, cultural, exhibition, educational, institutional, healthcare, temporary, and experimental interiors. Participants may submit completed projects, or conceptual proposals.

General Considerations

a). International and national projects participate. Minimum one, Maximum three projects per participate.

b). The organization declines all responsability for the authenticity of the Works to the participates. The participates authorize the organization to publicly communicate the images of the Works respecting at all times the right of the autor, in order to maximize its diffusion in different media and communication platforms that the organizers consider convenient.

c) The Jury will evaluate all submitted projects and select the Selected Projects, which will receive official recognition and be included in the Peru Biennial 2026 Exhibition. From among them, the Jury will designate the Finalist Projects, from which the Award-Winning Projects at Interior Design category will be selected.

d) The Selected Projects, Finalist Projects, and Award-Winning Projects shall receive official recognition from the Organizing Committee and will be exhibited as part of the Peru Biennial 2026 Exhibition.

e). The verdict of the jury is unappealable, the jury is committed not to reveal the result before the dates stipulated by the organization. The selected projects, finalists and winners will be certified, officially recognized by the Organizing Committee and will be part of the 2026 exhibition

f) Any objection provided or that is not in the bases , it will be resolved by the directive of the biennial in a final and unappealable form.

Deadline: August 31 , 2026
Selected Projects: September 05, 2026
Finalist Projects: September 10, 2026
Awarded Projects: September 12, 2026
Opening November 15, 2026
Exhibition: November 15- November 28, 2026

Information

To participate it will be necessary that the information to SEND meets two requirements, which we describe below:

A) Project Description: In a PDF or Word file considering : Name of the company or studio or author, country, brief description of the project, Additional video or web link (optional)

B) Projects Images: Images of the project. The images must be compressed in zip or rar format.

The information described above must be submitted through the “Submission Form” at the end of the reading. You may use the form as many times as necessary.

Submission Form- Interior Design

Enter an “active and main” email for the necessary communications . You will receive a confirmation email within a maximum period of 48 hours. Check your “main email” and also the “junk mailbox”. We recommend adding the email to your address book : peru@perubienal.com

Please verify that the extension of the “files” to be sent complies with the requirements of the “Submission Form”. If the images to send exceed 8 MB, you can use the file transfer tools: Google Drive , Wetransfer, iCloud, OneDrive, or “similar” to send your project and notify the email: peru@perubienal.com
