What makes me seem different to the others?

The external difference?

Or the inherent difference?

Inherent Difference is your essence, shaped by your character, level of intelligence, tastes, beliefs, values, and life experiences. It includes the way you process the world and your behaviors—cooperation, self-direction, and self-transcendence.

External Difference is what is observable: skin tone, facial features, way of dressing, expression, culture, and customs.

Maybe it’s actually something parasitic in my mind.
