International Call- Service Design
This category is open to Service Design projects that rethink, develop, or transform complete service systems across the public, private, academic, and social sectors. It recognizes projects that improve how services are planned, delivered, coordinated, and experienced through the design of customer journeys, operational processes, stakeholder interactions, and organizational ecosystems.
Eligible projects may address areas such as public services, healthcare, education, tourism, mobility, finance, retail, culture, social innovation, government, and other service-based environments where design contributes to creating more efficient, accessible, inclusive, sustainable, and human-centered services.
Projects may include implemented services, pilot programs, research-based initiatives, strategic frameworks, service innovation, organizational transformation, or conceptual proposals.
This category is intended for projects focused on the design of service systems and organizational processes. Projects primarily centered on digital products, user interfaces (UI), user experience (UX), websites, mobile applications, or software should be submitted to the Digital Product & Experience Design category.
General Considerations
a). International and national projetcs participate. Minimum one, Maximum three per participate. Projects from any country in the world can participate. If the artwork infringes plagiarism or intellectual property rights, the sender will be solely responsible.
b). The participates authorize the organization to publicly communicate the images of the projects respecting at all times the right of the autor, in order to maximize its diffusion in different media and communication platforms that the organizers consider convenient.
c) The Jury will evaluate all submitted projects and select the Selected projects, which will be officially recognized and included in the Peru Biennial 2026 Exhibition. From among them, the Jury will designate the Finalist Projects, from which the Award-Winning projects in Service Design category will be chosen.
d). Selected projects, finalist projects and awarded projects are part of the exhibition. The verdict of the jury is unappealable, the jury is committed not to reveal the result before the dates stipulated by the organization.
e) e) The Selected Projects, Finalist Projects, and Award-Winning Projects shall receive official recognition from the Organizing Committee and will be exhibited as part of the official Peru Biennial 2026 Exhibition.
f) Any objection provided or that is not in the bases , it will be resolved by the directive of the biennial in a final and unappealable form.

Information
To participate it will be necessary that the information to SEND meets two requirements, which we describe below:
A) Project Description: In a PDF or Word file including the name of the company, institution, or author, country, and a brief description of the project. Additional video or web link (optional)
B) Project Images: Images of the project. The images must be compressed in zip or rar format.
The information described above must be submitted through the “Submission Form” at the end of the reading. You may use the form as many times as necessary.

Enter an “active and main” email for the necessary communications . You will receive a confirmation email within a maximum period of 48 hours. Check your “main email” and also the “junk mailbox”. We recommend adding the email to your address book : peru@perubienal.com
Please verify that the extension of the “files” to be sent complies with the requirements of the “Submission Form”. If the images to send exceed 8 MB, you can use the file transfer tools: Google Drive , Wetransfer, iCloud, OneDrive, or “similar” to send your project and notify the email: peru@perubienal.com
